Wall Planters

Wall Hanging Planters are a lovely way to decorate your garden or home. These pieces are created using a combination of wheel-throwing and a slab-building techniques. Each planter has been decorated using a stamp that was hand-carved by Stephanie. Perfect for small plants, succulents, trailing plants and air plants.

Every S.Marotta Pottery wall hanging planter is handmade by Stephanie in her studio on Vashon Island, WA. Each planter has variations making each piece a unique work of art. All pieces are glazed in a palette of beautiful colors that are sure to find a place in your home or garden. These planters do not have drain holes so they can be enjoyed indoors or in a sheltered outdoor location. It is suggested that your wall planter be moved indoors during freezing weather.

All wall planters are made from either a speckled or dark brown stoneware. After being constructed, each planter is fired once, glazed and fired a second time in an electric kiln to over 2100 degrees Fahrenheit.
