Join Jill Labieniec for two nights in the S.Marotta Pottery studio! Jill Labieniec is an illustrator, designer, and ceramicist living on Vashon Island. She's grateful to have seen her whimsical prints and patterns come to life on all kinds of products - from home decor and fabrics to books, stationery and editorial imagery. When she's not working on client projects, Jill loves exploring new ceramic techniques nad bringing her signature style to each piece.
Jill will be sharing her techniqes for decorating pottery using underglaze, slip trailing and sgraffito. Each student will get to create a set of three wall hooks of their own design and walk away with a whole lot of decorative possibilities for future projects.
All ages and abilities are welcome! No experience needed.
All materials and firings are included in the registration fee. An assortment of beverages will be provided as well for this festive event!
